Delete your account

You can request deletion of your LaxPOS account and associated cloud data.

Before you request deletion

Export any invoices, reports or records your business must retain. Account deletion is permanent after the applicable verification and waiting period.

Submit a request

Email laxraniailabs07@gmail.com from the email connected to your account with the subject “LaxPOS Account Deletion”. Include your business name and registered phone number.

Verification

To protect your business data, we may ask you to verify account ownership. Do not send passwords, payment PINs or sensitive identity documents unless specifically requested through a secure channel.

What will be deleted

Eligible account profile and cloud-stored business data will be deleted or anonymized. Locally stored data on your devices must be removed by uninstalling the app and deleting local backups.

What may be retained

Limited records may be retained when required for legal, tax, security, dispute resolution or fraud-prevention purposes, then deleted when the retention obligation expires.
