A practical starting point for installing, configuring and using LaxPOS.

1. Install LaxPOS
Download the official Windows installer from the Downloads section. Open the downloaded file and follow the guided setup.
For safety, only use installers obtained from this official website.
2. Set up your business
Add your business name, GST details, invoice preferences and receipt printer. You can revisit these settings whenever your business changes.
3. Add products
Create products manually or organize them with barcodes, categories, selling prices, tax rates and opening stock. Clear names make checkout and reports easier to use.
4. Start billing
Search or scan products, adjust quantity, select the payment method and complete the sale. LaxPOS updates inventory as transactions are recorded.
5. Reports and sync
Use sales and inventory reports to monitor daily performance. When cloud sync is enabled, data is synchronized securely after internet connectivity is available.
6. Support
If you need onboarding or troubleshooting help, contact the LaxPOS team through WhatsApp or support email. Include your app version and a short description of the issue.
