You retain ownership of business data you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit and back up that data solely to provide the service.

We work to keep LaxPOS reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may be improved, replaced or discontinued, with reasonable notice where practical.

You may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, distribute malware, reverse engineer protected components, or use LaxPOS to violate another person’s rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaxPOS is provided without implied warranties and LaxRani AI Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
